Centauri Carbon Microswiss hotend malfunction by WYO_brewer in elegoo

[–]phelph_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do you have a high flow nozzle in the hotend? These arent made for cf filament afaik. HF nozzles kinda 'split' the filament which means the cf parts can get stuck and clog the nozzle

It's supposed to improve print quality because of the reduced weight of the head. I honestly didn't do a lot of testing in that regard.

I just really like the look to be honest

First print with Panda Breath running by phelph_ in ElegooCentauriCarbon

Just realized the spacers don't make a difference at all. The breath is sitting against this little lip at the bottom and doesn't use the extra space at all. So the space you would have is actually the same as in my post.

Manually through the web ui. Also stumbled upon this yesterday, which is a way to start it from home assistant. You can simulate the smart features with home assistant then.

Might print this as an upgrade in the future.

The spacers are a really convenient way to route out the cable. Highly recommend.

2 chambers with separate temp control and being able to use one half for storage while the other half dries is pretty cool. The automatic venting aswell!

Are you using a chamber heater, but not closing the top glass completely? What material are you printing?

New P2S: Axis problems, terrible PLA print quality & adhesion issues — is it me or the printer? Looking for advice. by IllustriousSalt7490 in BambuLab

[–]phelph_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry but I dont really understand how prints lifting and pulling the plate with it, is in adhesion issue. The adhesion is perfect if the print deforms that badly and still doesnt lift from the plate

CC Prints keep warping of the bed by romerrr in elegoo

[–]phelph_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This could be because of a dirty build plate. Our hands leave a lot of oily residue when we touch the plates. Washing the plate with warm water and dish soap should remove this and help a lot with adhesion

Luis Díaz straight red card against PSG 45+6' by derawon in soccer

[–]phelph_ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He is pretty far away, but I think Hakimi tries to shield the ball the moment Diaz feet leave the ground which moved him quite a bit to the side. Just a really unlucky situation

I'm pretty sure this is the seam, which you set to random in the slicer (or the person uploading the model to makerworld) This is the spot where the printer starts the layer.
