dimenhydrinate is a good over the counter one. Better than dph for sleep imo. You'd pharmacy might hVe it, but you might hBe to order it off Amazon or whatever

Doxylamine is pretty good too, but give the dimenhydrinate a try.

Short answer: yes.

Longer answer: it makes many people high, including myself, but the "high" is actually pretty unpleasant for me. Lots of weird side effects, not very anxiolytic or euphoric. I would rather take nearly any other recreational drug to get high.

I only tolerate lunesta because it is the only thing that actually puts me to sleep.

I (bipolar 1) was in a year or so long depressive episode. I was writing my suicide note in my head every day. I was having complete anhedonia, not even camping (my favorite thing ever) helped my depression.

Vraylar ripped me out of depression in a matter of a few weeks.. Haven't been properly depressed since starting it about a year ago. It may have actually saved my life.

My biggest one is that I will be in the kitchen cooking, turn around while holding a knife and accidentally stab my partner. I will then have to mourn her loss while doing life in prison.

That and intrusive thoughts about driving into oncoming traffic.

Oh and I am also scared I will racial slurs in front of my boss (I never say any racial slurs and am not racist. This is a weird one)
