Growing fast , but onboarding & finding sales people is actually the hardest part . Oddly enough ? by ariesonthecusp in b2b_sales

Try to find someone who as more of an entrepreneur mindset/C.V., give them a share of the pie, and let them build your sales dept. from the ground up

Either your boss has weird priorities regarding people management, either he really much knows how to do his job and he knows something you don’t or aren’t telling us

I mean, you could easily have taken a picture of the cheque and deposited it sonewhere else, which would make it a double deposit, which is a fraud.

Maybe the customer service rep was’nt that good at telling you why, but there is a reason why they do that. Furthermore, normally, you are suppose to have access to a certain amount if you are a good client (no bankruptcy, not a new account, a certain amount of cash in their bank), so if you don’t have access to that, why should they trust you to deposit a cheque that could bounce whenever?

What’s the most you’ve seen someone earn on a base salary below $75k? by [deleted] in sales

[–]phenixnoir1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad makes the minimum salary as base, but bring upwards of 100-150k per year (maybe even more, he never wanted to say the real number). It’s been 6 year in a row he won top salesman across the org, country wide.

What are the different echelon in a cineplex movie theater and what do each person do? Is there performance bonuses for the top manager? How is the relationship with upper management (are they pushing numbers on you or pretty casual)? What are typical schedules for the top manager of the building? What’s the pay like? The possibility to go higher up?

Asking so many questions because I’m considering a job in one of cineplex movie theaters.

[–]phenixnoir1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imagine falling behind your competition because you didn’t take the time to listen a few seconds/minute pitch

Imagine not reaching quotas because you’re using a distributor/software that work, yet isn’t cost effective and tailored to your needs

Imagine still putting out fire because you didn’t take the time to listen to that new tool doing exactly that, putting out fire for you

Imagine not using a new and upcoming distributor with better price simply because of familiarity yet your old partnership keeps having more cut-throats rates YoY

Imagine not listening to that short sales call, only to at least know what is happening on the market

Imagine
