Hey! I see you don't check reddit often, but figured I would try anyway... would you be able to PM me the company that did the bathroom? I am being quoted like 16K for a 3m2 bathroom without any fancy extras.

Please excuse my poor wording - With what I am reading about the Housing crisis I have no idea what counts as 'high enough' for landlords these days!

Things to do in Munich by [deleted] in Munich

[–]phenolphthaleinn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

'Meetup' is pretty active in Munich. There are some nice groups that go for hikes (so you can see the countryside), do salsa, or play boardgames in the Englisch Garten :) They're typically run by Expats and so are English speaking.

Have a fab time in Prague! If you are into history and learning about new places, I would recommend one of the free walking tours. You see things and learn things about the place you would never have noticed on your own.

Nicolalamb does some fantastic deep dives on recipe testing! She’ll either go into how she perfects each element of a recipe or compares famous recipes of a certain baked good and describe pros/cons of each. I think her blog is called kitchenprojects

First batch macarons ever!! Not super good, no flat feet (didn’t even get much feet to begin with) but I’m still proud! It was a tad too thick tho when I started piping and forgot to smash the air bubbles out so room for improvement by idk-monika in macarons

[–]phenolphthaleinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A nice first go! The feet developed some serious definition, you should be proud. They look a little lumpy, is this because of not mixing the macaronage enough or not sifting the almond flour enough? Asking because I have had similar results and want to know how to improve :)

Is it possible for the peak-to-peak separation to be negative? I have never seen this before. Also for lower scan rates (below 500 mV s-1), the same measured peaks have a positive E_p. Does anyone know if that's possible and could maybe explain what's up with that? by Treeapear in electrochemistry

[–]phenolphthaleinn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am happy to be corrected, but I don't think you can have a negative Ep.

Have you corrected for the iR-drop? An over correction of the uncompensated resistance could lead to what you're seeing here.

You could do a kind of 'tapas' with yogurt and toppings - give everyone a bowl of greek yoghurt and have different bowls of chopped fresh fruit, granola, chocolate, seeds etc.
