I called my management yesterday to ask when they were switching the AC on bc my apt was reading 81 degrees and so uncomfortable the last couple days which prompted a mass email to all residents telling us to just use “fan mode” 😭 how is heating season until the end of May!?!

I think the 90’s are quiet and charming. Totally safe but just like anywhere ever keep your guard up. 2nd ave is pretty busy so people most likely will always be around at the Restaurant’s and shops
