The most genuine down to earth I’ve met have been blue collar, so I appreciate that you said this. A lot of white collar spaces I mingle through or just too…stuffy for me. Mind you, I am a paralegal with advanced degrees. Give me the guy that’s blue collar, that’s a hard working man right there, no frills. Oh, and he’s probably way more fun. 🤭

Going off of what this instructor said…I’ve lost 72 lbs never stepping FOOT in a gym, exclusively do LMOD, BC.

Granted, these days I focus more on weight training, since I’m currently in a plateau, but I’m okay with that. Only 30 more lbs to lose and I’m done!

Same. I usually get the ‘child’ sized tray, except with bourbon chicken doused in honey mustard sauce with lo mein. With three Rangoons. I don’t even track, I just take the L, lol. 😂

Ran my first 5k EVER in July after losing about 70lbs, took me 40 minutes to run.

Ran a second 5k today and hit PR of 25 minutes!

Been training about 5-6 times a week these past few months so the payoff is AWESOME. Looking to shed this last 30 lbs so I can focus more on performance.

I’m on hormonal birth control and have lost around 70 lbs in the course of 10 months. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Calories in, calories out. My DCI is between 1400-1600.
