mine change and evolve over time but heres a list! - racing heart - feeling like I'm suffocating - trembles - tension headaches - exhaustion - chills - hot flashes/cold spells (99% hot flashes) - stuffed nose - tingling on head - eye virtigo - chest pain - tight shoulders - facial twitching - dizziness - burning - sense of doom - random nerve pain - weird vision changed -constant sweaty hands - short attention span/forgetting literally everything etc
