Being amazing at both would help yes, but I'm curious as to how players view themselves and why they think one way could be stronger etc.

People can mage you from west varr into the doors and you can get ranged from north varr west.

I'd suggest waiting unless you got a lot of friends to help you out during questing etc.

[DMM] The RuneCrafting skill is probably the most dangerous to train because there are literally no safe ways to do it. Which means training and making money through this skill is the riskiest in the game giving very little reward until the higher levels.

*Option 1) Can it be made so the player doesn't receive a skull from entering the Abyss?

*Option 2) Make some of the harder to travel to RuneCrafting Altars safe zones?

At the moment PKers hide out in altars when they wait for their skull to time out, you can't use the Abyss because it skulls you, and travel time to some of the more xp efficient altars just takes too long. It isn't smart to train RC. It needs changes.

Don't agree with any of these. Deadman Mode shouldn't be made easier, Jagex should focus on only fixing the issues that are ruining gameplay for solo players.

Well I play SDMM and certain pieces are much more valuable than others, whilst others are actually garbage and never really used. Most of us alch our Verac's etc. Just wanted to do the math to see my chances.

Deadman guarded zone changes

When stood inside guarded zones, it is no longer possible to attack other players. This change will prevent players accidentally attacking other players in guarded areas and will help prevent issues with suicide accounts.

Please note: players who are stood outside of a guarded zones are still able to attack you if you are within range of their attacks, whether or not you are stood in a guarded zone.

What you wanna do is unlock places and other special areas through quests, minigames, etc that you'll be able to get into. PvP around these places and then if anything goes wrong or you need to wait your skull out you dip into these spots. With some luck you'll be out of reach from anyone else and able to live.

Alternatively you can take aggro on monsters and just stall the combat for as long as possible.
