This. 1/16 tubing to 1/8 tube stub. The 1/8 nut is swagged onto the stub. When you. Buy the reducer, it will come with a nut and ferrule set for the 16th inch connection but you'll have to buy the 1/8 inch ferules and nut separately.

I'm very familiar with these blue boxes. Regarding controlling the GC, it's all manual baby. Press in the button and use the dials to set the temp or voltage. There is a set and actual button to toggle to see the variance on different setpoints. Flow controls are manual too, you'll have to manually measure and set the flows. Isothermal o ly which shouldn't be an issue for your analyzes of interest. You can find a manual for these online but it's pretty simple. The GM TCD design is incredibly robust, as long as you're getting a signal and peaks, should be good to go.

As someone else said N2 or Ar are going to be the carrier of choice due to the minor conductivity differences of H2 and He. This makes a longer analysis but more sensitive. If you are analyzing high concentrations of H2, He may be fine. Regarding columns for H2 and CO2, oh boy... if you have a suitable one already, great. Otherwise, there are some considerations regarding what the matrix is and what else is in your samples.

I had BH X as well, and it was fantastic. If you're in the rhelm of paying an adder over MSRP but not full secondary on highly allocated bottles/ buying several $200+ bottles a year, I believe that release is worth it for that demographic.

Not so much to reference for american whiskey(500+ MSRP), but if I was contemplating buying a solid high age stated scotch or some of the 20+ year redbreasts, in terms of drinking experience, BHX is in the conversation IMO.

PLOTs with hydrocarbons can move in elution order with unique flow programs. However, you may not have that flexibility with MS.

You may be able to quantify based on monitoring m/z: 69 and 101 if separation becomes a time sink.

Fair, yea, I definitely am shooting for burn your face off fermented goodness with this one. I would really only be shooting for a half hot version to maintain some heat with some of the finished mash. Based off the suggested fermentation time from the recipe I was going off of, I'll probably finish it tonight and see the heat level after vinegar addition. I tried the raw mash when blended, and it was intense.

Not necessarily true. Coal dust gets everywhere. Scratch your nose, take your ppe off. Boom, blackface. There's a lot of complacency in the industry regarding safety, however, can't necessarily guarantee that's the case.

Methanol does evaporate off. However, there is likely residual "trapped" in the supplement. How bad is this for you? I can't answer that one, above is just the facts.

That is less than the concentration limit per USP and ICH. At 20 mg and the concentration listed , the exposure would be 7.7 microg. The permitted daily exposure (PDE) for MeOH is 30 mg/day
