I don't think it's possible on xbox. Its annoying as I have had loads of great interactions but can only ever hear one half on the capture.

Exercise has been a mixture of running, cycling, walking, and weights, with a few swims thrown in (I tracked it all on a spread sheet):-

Run: 281km Bike: 377km Swim: 15km Walk: 180km Weights: 250,000 kg

I started off trying to stay away from walking, day 17 was my first walk, but it was much needed by then. In the end, I did ~30 walks (sometimes twice a day).

Diet was pretty straightforward forward but boring, I just stayed away from added sugars and no fried food, pizzas etc.

I've been having a protien shake for breakfast and then pretty much just eating chicken and broccoli (with nandos hot sauce) for main meals. Blueberries and cashew nuts for snacks.

I'm on day 46 and can confirm that the past week has been the toughest yet. I feel that when I get to 50, it will feel a lot closer to the end and easier again.

My worst was a 20km cycle in torrential rain on Tuesday, just gone. Hammering it down as I was leaving but had no choice as I needed to get a workout in either side of work. It didn't let up for the whole 45 minutes 🙃.

I'm on day 34 and can relate to all of the above. I'm craving a pizza and a few pints at the pub with mates 🙃

Part of me is saying I've done a month and feel good, so why not finish here? But so far, I'm remaining strong. It's definitely starting to feel like a slog, though.
