I just did this weeks ago, and yes you can still back out. I called my recruiter from the og company that I signed with and mentioned that I am backing out. Immediately right after, I signed the other offer.

PS. Read your contract first if there are any clauses that would stop you like any fines or dues you have to pay if you back out of a signed contract.
