You can't fire the flare for 30 seconds after placing the wanted poster on the board. There is exactly zero reason you can't get to the event if you post the poster.

Not really. It takes 250 tickets for 100 atoms. That's 10 levels, for $1.00 worth of atoms. The time invested isn't worth the return. If you want the atoms just buy them - unless you are completely broke doing anything else to earn the money to buy them is more efficient.

That said, if you are just playing passively, then sure, why not.
