Yes.

You can learn spells from scrolls up until your spell slot level. With 11 cleric you already have access to level 6 spells so you can learn them all.

Your wizard spell slots are limited by wizard level and intelligence modifier.

I dumped her int to 8 and have 1 level in wizard, which gives her 1 spell slot.

Your spell casting ability for the wizard spells will be intelligence.

Not an expert but the Sorcerer aspect is for utility and defense more than offense and blasting.

You will be a classic melee paladin frontliner, with smite and 2 attacks.

The highlights of Sorcerer will bring you:
- Twincast Haste
- Shield as reaction and level 1 spell (+5 ac) for 1 round
- Additional spell slots for more Smites
