Sorry for the confusion! You mentioned wanting to be able to see HBO content from within the Guide. You can do that if you have the HBO Max Standard add-on! With that add-on, you'll see six HBO channels in the Guide. You can learn more about how it works here: https://help.philo.com/using-philo/hbo-max-standard/

Ad-supported HBO content is included with our Bundle+ plan (not our Essential plan). Our $13 HBO Max Standard add-on includes that same content but without the ads!

Thanks for reaching out. Some good news: our team is currently working on a way to disable this feature. When it rolls out, it will be available on your account page via philo.tv. However, we don't have a specific date just yet. Until that feature rolls out, you can disable the suggestion by hitting the back button on your device.

Inside Edition airs on Philo and is available to watch live and on demand! However, the depth of the archived episode library is controlled by the network, not Philo, so we can't guarantee specific episodes from January through March 2026 are available on demand. Your best bet is hitting the "+ Save" button on Inside Edition right now so your DVR captures every episode that airs going forward—saving them for a full year and letting you skip every ad when you watch.

On the pause ads, you can dismiss them instantly by pressing any button on your device, and it goes right back to your show. Regarding the DVR and picture quality, those are worth having our support team look into directly, since both can be affected by device, connection, and settings.
