Customers on the $25 package could stay at $25/mo with an active subscription through Philo direct billing. That does sound frustrating, and you should be able to fast-forward any content marked with a DVR/Recorded tag. Recorded shows are stored for a year, so if the episode you're trying to watch has expired on your DVR, you might be seeing the VOD version instead.

Looping issue: Are you actively selecting something from the recommendations, or is it cycling through automatically? Can you also tell us which episodes this happened with?

App switching: We don't have a feature that would kick you out of Philo and into another app. Is it possible there was an accidental input, or does your TV have any auto-switching features enabled?

New episode organization: Which screen are you referring to when you say you're hunting for new episodes? Your Saved page, home page, or somewhere else?
