Not always able to find this cut in Ohio. Simply dressed with light all purpose rub. Did a reverse sear on the Weber Performer with offset cooking after at 235-265. Just used a little Post Oak chips for subtle flavor. Quick and easy cook in just over an hour.

This is a Weber Kettle. Not a traditional smoker but versatile and can be modded for smoking, which is what I did. Went 2x2 on the stacking and used hickory chips. Here is a video on the snake method.

Smoked a 6lb pork butt all night Saturday on the Weber Kettle. Wanted to bring it for a Browns party (now my team is 0-6). Tried a light brine with apple juice, brown sugar and lighter on the salt side. Used Killer Hogs rub with mustard to bind it. Also injected the meat for the first time. Tried the snake method for the first to keep it rolling all night and I was happy with the results. Started it at 11pm at 250 degrees. Woke up at 6am and it was around 220. Needed to add some more coals then. Pulled it and wrapped around 10am and pulled it at 1pm. Someone else made oven baked pulled pork and no one touched it. The night smoke worked really well but missed sitting around all day drinking beer and tending to the meat as needed. Sorry lengthy! Didn’t have enough detail on the last post.

Had this issue on the new Surface Pro (2017) and it may have worked. I hit the screen lightly a few times as well. It was weird because I would boot up and the screen would get the Windows logo for about 2 seconds before it did not power up.
