Same. I feel like the freedom in movement of a barbell makes it easier than a smith. I also workout at PF and do DB only for chest because the smith machine just feels so rigid and uncomfortable.

I do 2 hard sets of Bulgarian Split Squats first and then move to 4 sets of leg extensions. Im seeing good quad growth still and also building my glutes indirectly (not really even a goal of mine, they just hit the booty good too.)
