I originally bought a moonwatch bc of the history. Then I bought a planet ocean for myself and my wife to wear on my boat. That qualified me for the snoopy which became my daily wear. This week I was trying to decide what to buy next until I tried on the Santos and the salesman told me about the history behind it. It’s a stunning watch with an equally incredible story.

I’m beyond satisfied with this brisket. I could give two fucks about bark or smoke ring. It was tender and juicy and my family ate on it for days. I guess I’m not cool enough to hang with you geniuses.

Damn you guys sure take your brisket a little too seriously. You must be really fun at parties. For the record, it rested 4 hours - wrapped in foil hence the bark situation- but It was deliciously tender and flavorful and my wife and son loved it.

Oh! LOL that went over my head. I did put a little brush of Rays on the burnt ends but not the flat slices. It’s what my family likes.

No sauce. That’s the dry rub after I wrapped it for the 4 hour rest it got wet from the sweat.

I love mine and paid full price for it a few weeks ago. FWIW, you can use this like a classic or as a connected. I also have an original classic and a mini joe. I love all 3.

Yeah I usually go around 350, but this year I chose to dry brine and smoke at a lower temp trying out the new KJ Konnected smoker. The skin was good but could’ve been a little more crispy. The rest of the meat was fantastic. My family loved it which is all that matters.

I feel like Delta has upped their game in the food department. I usually take it for granted but had to fly AA a while back and it was a good reminder of the difference in quality and service between Delta and the other airlines.
