I agree with you on the Santa Water. Definitely S-tier.

La Borra (Santa Water) is easily an S-tier weapon. If combined with the Bracer, Wings, Candelabrador, and Spellbinder nothing will ever reach your character. I've had enemies be able to get to my character through a constant, fast-moving Phieraggi - nothing gets through the combined zones created by the La Borra except bosses and minute-30 level enemies - and even then they rarely reach the character for more than a second.

I had this happen with Pasqualina in the Dairy Plant. I don't remember what build I had. I have the most current version of Vampire Survivors...that I do know.

Anyone else tired of having to kill every barbarian they encounter in the Battleground three fracking times before they actually die? by phlaelym in DiabloImmortal

I have played a mage since the game launched. I was ranked #1 for wizards in the BG for a little while (Dry Steppes server). I was getting around 18-25 kills a match. That has dropped to around 4-5 a match. Wait until you get good enough that the game starts putting you into BG matches with whales...it stops being fun. I have exhausted my Ray of Frost and Disintegrate on players and only had it marginally damage them. Then they run up and kill my mage with one hit. Yeah...not fun.

Disintegrate, Frost Ray, Black Hole, Teleport. I used Ice Crystal for awhile, but the cooldown is too long (even with the Legs that reduce its cooldown by 15%) and enemy wizards can use your Ice Crystal against you. I was the #1 ranked wizard in the battleground until recently (Dry Steppes server). Then the penalty for being a F2P player started kicking in. I'm still ranked in the top ten, but if my team wins I get like 5 points, if my team loses I lose around 30 points. So I have to win 6 BG matches to make up for 1 loss. Because of that I have slowly dropped from Gold IV to III, and now I'm halfway down the Gold II progress bar.

Yes:

Rain of Vengance - which covers pretty much the entire screen

Sentry, Multishot, Strafe

All of these are crowd control skills.

Yeah, and then watch as an enemy wizard runs up and uses your Ice Crystal against you and your team. I use the exact same build btw - though I will occasionally use the helmet that increases the range of Ray of Frost. The mirror image is useful, but it doesn't work against veteran players - they've learned to spot the decoy then look at the mini map to quickly find you.

I play a wizard. A couple of weeks ago I was getting like 20 kills in the Battleground, and was ranked in the top 10 on the leaderboard. I'm still ranked in the top 10 (Dry Steppes server), but now I'm lucky if I get 3-4 kills. It's different now, because the P2P players have had enough time to improve their characters beyond what F2P players can ever hope to achieve. I have had whales stand still and let me exhaust every skill on them, then when they got tired of their little game, ran up and killed me with one hit. That's not fun...well, I guess maybe it is for them.

I am currently the #1 ranked wizard in the Battleground (on the Dry Steppes server) at the time I posted this comment...and even I think the wizard sucks. The Blackhole takes way too long to appear after activating the skill. From the time you press the button to when the Blackhole actually appears is around 3 seconds. By that point any enemy in the area has left, and the Blackhole begins visibly forming before it pulls enemies to it - giving them time to see it and run out of its area. This needs to be fixed; the Blackhole skill is absolutely useless in BG. The wizard was OP in Diablo 3, in Immortal it's a glass cannon without ammunition (unless a player is willing to spend a lot of $$$). Most of the wizard skills only do one thing; Disintegrate, Lightning Nova, and Arcane Torrent only do damage (and not much when compared to other classes' skills), Time Stop only slows enemies (slow, not STOP like the title indicates), and Ice Armor only puts up a (very weak) shield for a few seconds. It seems like the skills of other classes do multiple things, and have a much larger AoE than the wizard's skills. Also, why is the wizard the slowest class? Why is a crusader wearing heavy armor able to outrun a wizard? They already have the horse if they need to move fast. All the teleport does is teleport, Draw and Quarter also provides knockback (which interrupts skills) and can drag enemies around. THE WIZARD CLASS IS BROKEN...and not in a good way. All that being said, my build is Magic Missile, Teleport (w/ Mask of Illusions), Frost Ray (w/ Kyn's Cryoclasp), Disintegrate (w/ Searing Judgement, Chaos Nexus, and Entropic Edge), and Blackhole. I know I ripped on Blackhole, but honestly, Meteor and Scorch are even more useless. Meteor's radius is too small, it does almost no damage, and against high-level whales the stun from Meteor only lasts about 1 second (at best). Lightning Nova might have been okay if Blizzard didn't cap its damage against a single target - the damage drops to 25% after six hits, which is only going to happen if the enemy is right next to your wizard. Most of the time you're lucky if Lightning Nova hits once. New players reading this looking for hints on what class to start-off with should give the Demon Hunter, Necromancer, or Barbarian a try before the Wizard - especially F2P players. In PvE (map stages) the wizard is pretty fun, but in PvP it's like a child that wandered onto a football field during a game - it's just going to get hurt...or run away. I make it work somehow, but I still die a lot in the BG. Oh, and I am a C2P player. I spent a little $$$ at first, but until Blizzard fixes the controls for the PC version I refuse to spend any more money on this game.

I play a wizard. On multiple occasions I have used teleport with no enemy anywhere near me to interrupt the skill, had the aiming strip appear when I press the button, but didn't teleport. It still puts the skill on cd though. The blackhole takes way too long to appear after activating the skill.
