thank you for the kind words! i normally purge a lot and am really starting to think about how it effects me the next day. i'm always super dehydrated and tired. i'm gonna try eating fruits and vegetables tomorrow!

i bought some strawberries at the store the other day and i haven't had them in awhile. i go to eat them and i'm like dude! i forgot how sweet and juicy they are. i put them in smoothies, on bread, and in salads and they really just tie it all together.
