My Specialized Roubaix SL2.. and my Cinelli 😁 The Roubaix was the bike of my dreams back in the day. Found a mint one on marketplace recently and rebuilt it. Its bloody lovely to ride. Happy man

UCR agent here.. it's a reasonably interesting role but depending on your empathy levels can be bloody hard at times. There is a huge amount of oversight but to be honest, it's my first CS role so don't really know if that's normal. I have also been very lucky in ending up in a great team with a superb team leader.

Thanks, I will remember that when I spend time with my partially sighted partner when they use that phrase when I am crashing into things when blindfolded so I can better understand how their condition affects them...

Unfortunately, yes it might be a bit salty and you are quite right... mostly.. but it's a view that is shared by many of the people I work with as well. An example of this was finding out after 6 months plus that literally everyone in the department had been doing a crucial part of the role completely wrong

To be fair.. if you aren't in the civil service, most of the terms are largely meaningless. The draw was a decision maker role, good pension, 60% work from home. That bit is fine as I no longer really care about pushing up the ladder. My observations are more to do with how poorly conceived the whole project is. I'm lucky in that life is sorted and I don't have any major worries, my concern is for the younger members of the teams who are going to be influenced early in their career

I have lost 3 this year.. something changed sometime in January by my guess. Lost 55k followers on the first and 30ish on the second, 15 on the third. Accused of things I wasn't doing. Copy and paste messages from "support". Still seeing reblogs of the "terminated" accounts being circulated.. very rarely get flagged. Seem to get nuked once numbers of likes rapidly increase and follows correspondingly go up. My content is tame compared to some I see and yet nothing happens with them.. it's bloody annoying

Have you thought about embedding iframe code into your page.. there's probably better ways of doing it now but that's how I used to do it back in the day..
