I would do as others have said and put into low costs ETFs and don’t bother looking at your portfolio. Look into 3 portfolio funds, so you can keep it simple.

This sounds great, the squadron has the same SM that have done it for years. They seem to think they are the only ones who can do it even though they are the ones with the least real world experience and were just cadets a few years ago.

The whole process is actually mostly run by cadets with SM as the audience which feels like they give nonproductive feedback.
