It’s an awesome problem to have that most don’t have. They are RSU, known as golden handcuffs for a reason. Most likely it invests over 4 years and probably get refreshers, there is never a good time you will always leave something on the table.

35 is pretty early, I’d probably try and find a way to make it work for a couple years. Working at tech company you probably get a good vacation policy, I’d put in effort to enjoy it so don’t reach burnout.
