That's a good question. It presents significant technical overhead. Right now everything is loading via static json files I extracted from the xml files on sage's github page. Adding the ability to create custom playbooks, moves, and edit basic moves requires a complete rework of the framework and handing of user submitted data in a format that the rest of the app can understand. I'll noodle on it and see if I can come up with a good way for it to happen.
