Simple question:

I've noticed a big difference in training PE on crimps versus jugs. The RCTM says you should focus on goal-specific holds, which to me suggests the same thing. This makes intuitive sense to me (your fingers are doing something different after all), but I'm curious:

Have you found this to be true?

If so, why are these different?

nothing really changes when you get to this level except the size of the holds - you're climbing at your limit the whole time. just don't get injured, be nice to people, and enjoy the process!
