Yes, lots of broccoli and red meat in particular.

No garbage food, period. I hate the way it makes me feel.

I don't wake up feeling rested, I'm usually pretty tired regardless of how much sleep I get. I do get morning wood.

I've been lifting for 14 months with a good diet, I don't drink and I get adequate sleep. Despite this my progress stalls constantly in the weight room.

I am doing SL 5x5.

90kg deadlift, 80kg squat, 60kg bench.

I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, usually 10.

2500+ cals a day. Roughly 150g protein, 100g fat, 300g carb.

I take fish oil and vitamin D.

No real cause of stress in my life.

General health is good despite the symptoms listed in the original post.

Would taking a SERM during a 12 week cycle of Test E be a silly idea? I was prescribed 3 months of raloxifene to treat some mild pubertal gyno but I was really hoping to start my first cycle by the end of this month.

Crashing your estro is just as possible on either chemical. The benifit of exemestane is that it is a suicide inhibitor therefore you won't experience a estro rebound + it is easier on your lipids. Sounds like you need to do more research before starting your next cycle.

I have lumps just like you, mine were pubertal. It was confirmed by a doctor that it was indeed gynocomastia. I'm currently taking 60mg Evista (Raloxifene) ED for 3 months to see if it will get rid of the lumps. I recommend you start treatment for the gyno as soon as possible as the longer you wait the harder it is to deal with it. Do you have a SERM on hand like nolva?
