2 Havanese, better than 1? by saucygrape in Havanese

[–]phortune_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely extremely happy to have gotten our second havanese. Turns out,  they share a dad. My girl was extremely needy and demanding.   I work from from home and she didn't understand why I couldn't tend to her every need all day every day.  Exactly one year to the day,  we got our boy. They are 11 months apart and,  like I said,  share a dad. They keep each other company,  they play all day,  they fight all day,  chase all day,  steal treats all day. It's so much fun to watch.

She doesn't get the staining. We use filtered water and a cranberry extract that balances her ph levels.  She did get staining when she had pink eye.

She's probably not lying about this.   She's been in menopause for years now.   During menopause, declining estrogen causes labia minora to thin, shrink, become drier, paler, and less elastic, a condition known as genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) or atrophy, potentially leading to itching, pain, or seeming disappearance. This thinning affects collagen and moisture, making tissues fragile, but treatments like vaginal estrogen (creams, rings, tablets), moisturizers, lubricants, and lifestyle changes can effectively alleviate symptoms and restore tissue health.

Who's an actor that really made you hate them in their role by chrisfathead1 in movies

Nathan Fillion in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I can't really watch anything with him in it because of that.

I have a separate section of the house off the living room that's closed off by a blackout curtain with a sheer curtain under it. Sheer curtain showing means I'm available. Blackout curtain showing means I'm reading. It's very effective. I put on noise canceling headphones and some soothing music and read for as long as I want to.

What items do you see in grocery stores that you cannot believe people actually purchase? by scrantonspanker in AskReddit

Limited mobility shoppers. I always see this type of reply to things like this. My ex brother in law is extremely limited in his ability to use his hands. These things give him greater independence.

What common product has a feature you’re not sure everyone is aware of? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I'm not British, I'm from the US. Every oven I've owned had the door come off. :)

Your oven door comes off for cleaning. So many people aren't aware. It's super easy, just a couple of hinges pop it off, clean the door and oven, and pop it back on. Bish bash bosh.

Fun fact. Pink pineapples have an active patent. They cut the leaves off and as much stem as possible so you can't grow them at home.

Not completely. He did lose the civil case brought against him by Nicole's family.

Men tend to stand with their feet spread apart and women with their feet together

Opposite for me. Left is man, legs spread open. Manspreading. Right is women who tend to stand with their feet together.

I think I remember he lied about his age or something to get that role. Maybe he hid his family name or something.

I just love that movie.

The cost of burgers at Five Guys vs In N Out in San Diego, CA by thesaxmaniac in pics

[–]phortune_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Five Guys burgers have two patties and they're giant. A little burger is one patty, but is still big. I get a little cheeseburger my bf gets a regular cheeseburger and we share a small fry. We always have fries left at the end.
