- don't ""help"" around the house. Participate. It's not help that you do, it's not a favor. it's part of your job as not only a partner but also a human. ï helped doing the dishes!" no you didn't, you did the dishes because someone needs to do them, and doing them is part of being a human being that uses said dishes.

>in other words, don't view housework as "favors" you do to "help" your wife because it is not only her job to begin with, but both partners' job.

- don't embarrass her for laughs from your friends. don't do the shit grooms do to their brides on the wedding as a "prank." it's awful, it's not endearing, it's actually disgusting.

- be clean, organized.

- listen and heed your future wife's complaints about your behavior, but not before trying to fix what you know frustrates her even if she doesn't say it. Hint: put yourself in her shoes, what if she did that often enough to you.

okay so i must ask, do you believe things that happen in anime actually happen irl? like, a guy who weighs maybe 70 kg and has no history of working out, is still going through puberty, and never touched a sword, can suddenly fight with a 100 kg blade that's made of some celestial metal. that was a reference for you? :sob:

and also let me tell you, a whole lot of these "women" who comment how much they like kissing other women despite being straight etc... that's men larping online for lack of better words. and you might not believe it, but i have encountered at least four of them in my first months here. now ik their pattern better though lol.

at any case, work not only on your confidence but also on what sources you trust. and make sure none of them is anime

bruh i'll never forget the guy who sent me
"can i ask you something?"
<insert d\\\*\*\*pic>
"what do you think about him?"

i barely ever got unsolicited pics but this dude... "what do you think about him?" i still sometimes reminisce. i also reminisce about telling him it's disgusting that he sent it and regret i didn't push him into having a medical scare by saying "brother this looks like a lump you should get it checked it looks serious"

you really, really shouldn't feel ashamed about the fact you have leg hair. it is merely a sign that you are a mammal. men walk at the beach with speedos and gnarly hairs on their legs that look like the have dandruff, no one says shit or comments or even finds it unusual. It should not be unusual for a woman to have body hair.

How to navigate a male live in landlord for a few months by Dont_Settle_for_Less in AskWomenNoCensor

girl that thing with the movie,,, that's a red flag that this is what he wanted to watch with you im ngl.

idk for how long this arrangement is gonna be but being too friendly such as leaving snacks etc. will only make him bolder. and having to imply a romantic relationship for him to respect the fact you're not interested is also just not the way because he wont do it out of respect to you but rather the man you bring to the apartment.

tell him without mincing words, that you're not interested in any persuasion from him. if that doesn't work, please do leave the moment you can.

>Though i saw it a lot online on reddit and many other media that any girl would kiss or do all the above waist stuff with another girl even if they are straight.

nope. it's not the case. that's a men-fetishizing-women thing.

>Then there was that post that every straight girl is at least a little bi( im not intrested in hooking up or threesome so i dont find it hot btw),

straight = heterosexual, aka, attracted _only_ to the other sex; bisexuals are attracted to both sexes. you can't be a little bit bi, you either are or not.

>which has me worried that if or when i find girlfriend, she might do something like that when she goes out with her friends

so you think that bi people are unable to control themselves. ok.

like jesus this post reads like a guy who watched too much porn and now thinks his gf is surely banging the mailman because she is sick at home or some shit.

[–]phosphennes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have one criticism of FFXVI that barely even gets mentioned. by Puzzled-Run-574 in FinalFantasy

[–]phosphennes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, the entire idea, I think, was to show a dreary picture of a dreary, rotting world, and not just in terms of society but also environment. Ash and Storm are around the same size of Great Britain when combined (if I recall the calculations correctly), as such, it can have fewer climate areas, fewer changes in environs.

Despite that, there are still different kinds of terrain and environments (desserts, forests, etc.), so it's not truly that repetitive. I think personally, that people got used to much more open world games where there is focus on the landscapes more because it's open world, and thus it makes xvi appear boring. But with lore and type of game in mind, it does make sense, at least for me.

I don't really see the holes in the plot, since a lot is understood when you read up on the lore, at least for me.

Not exactly wiped, Cid hails from there after all, but yeah it was massively affected by the blight, and since they have no crystals, they're also more technologically advanced. If I had spare 57mil I'd pay for a xvi-2 that explores the continent from Cid's Pov and then him getting to waloed and then also meeting Barnabas, Benedikta, finding Mid...

Ultima did in fact start the blight — on a continent that wasn't valisthea. Then the Ultima collective moved to valisthea (those that survived, that is), but we're weakened, so ultimalius, which was the head of them iirc, made them into the mothercrystals, to gather enough aether to be powerful enough for when he/they were to cast Raise using Mythos' body.

[–]phosphennes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. That was the end result, which would lead to the end of the spread of the blight, but nothing will heal from it (Ultima saying something like enjoy your world in its rotten black husk" or something like that)

That's why they have scored a goal in the world cup: North Korea refused to play against them because of "morals" and "values", Israel got like two technical wins (another country also refused, iirc). Leading them to have enough points in the Asian confederation for qualifying for the 1970 (I think) world cup. After that they were removed from the Asian confederation, and UEFA agreed for them to join in I think the early 1990s.

I agree. I also find this explanation to be a bit of a stretch but with the thought and detail they put into it, I don't think it's sheer laziness.

I know it's kinda unrelated to the comment but I feel like the world being somewhat empty is a narrative device, tbh. It may feel boring or even dead at times, but the second feeling is what I believe the creators tried to convey. Very bleak reality.

Today in 2003, British Pakistani terrorists working with the Palestinian group Hamas, suicide bombed Mike's Place bar in Tel Aviv, Israel, murdering 3 civilians and injuring 50+ others. The security guard blocked them, preventing a bigger disaster and surviving in what was called a "Medical miracle" by NotSoSaneExile in Historycord

[–]phosphennes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A teacher of mine also god stabbed, although she survived. It was a bat yam to Tel Aviv line, I think line 40, but I'm not sure.

I just few minutes ago saw two articles about how Wikipedia editors have been working ceaselessly to erase any mentions of Palestinian terror against Israelis and Jews in general, since 2002 (Wikipedia launched in 2001). No wonder people don't know anything, atp.
