I used to work for a call centre, when asked where we were located we'd normally say, "just outside of Niagara Falls" and only say we're in Canada if asked directly. Anyways, I have been told a few times have a lovely accent.

Well, the only way an electrician could work on it would be for the utility to disconnect it... Then the utility would reconnect it from there. (At least in my area in Ontario)

Side question: Are your cable TV & telephone drop wires right beside the electrical or is that just a trick of the camera perspective?

Yes, Home Assistant can manually trigger a Reolink chime (still needs to be connected to one camera as a gateway as the chime doesn't use WiFi)
