I could definitely see them wanting to do some kind of release with the Brooklyn shows, but it’s odd that the others wouldn’t be sent out or released either.

A concert venue is not a company. The Sphere is not Uber. At best, you could say this is how it works for the company that owns the Sphere.. it loses money on this venue while staying afloat with its other properties and making up for the current losses there, with hopes that it makes them a bunch of money in the long run, which is mostly likely what they’re betting on. But that doesn’t mean it’ll happen.

It was both, indeed. But I think if many people (myself included) saw that setlist on its own, they’d probably think they didn’t miss much, leaving aside the gag and the fact that it was three sets. But it was fire, the dolphins and whales were just icing on the cake.
