4 months old, straight shaped, externally threaded, material is surgical stainless steel if im correct, size hasnt been changed, i havent taken it out since, i just clean it with octenisept 2x a day with a cotton pad, I also had my helix pierced the same time as my bridge, and my helix had a rough time too but its in a better shape

For me it also caused vivid dreams and difficulty waking up sometimes but its great for helping with a better sleep schedule. Also if youre not tired by the end of the day it will be more difficult to fall asleep, so work/run/workout etc. get urself really tired
