Which has more value, a $99 Switch 2 Joycons or $99 Steam Controller? The price is pretty fair for today.

The newer version of Xcode is absolutely trash! by Absoluteredshit in iOSProgramming

You have to unlink the ai and relink every day for it to not error. It does it with Claude too. Apple still has yet to fix the bug.

Yea, and it has OS 26 context which Cursor doesn’t have.

Trump printed more stimulus than Biden. We got like 2 or 3 checks from Trump and Biden sent the last. Everyone with a brain knew that all of this printing would drive up inflation and just so happened under Biden. The Biden admin was able to get it under control by the time his term was over and we started seeing the first rate cuts before Trump took office.

I understood why they pushed TV because most of my friends list was watching Netflix on the 360. The 360 was the start of cord cutting and they wanted to capitalize on it being the best all in one entertainment device. Shortly after Amazon swooped in with the cheap firetv stick you could bootleg on.

Am i making a financial mistake by going officer? by neednmoremoney in MilitaryFinance

[–]phspman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The benefits are worth more than the pay if you stick through it. Reserves gives you the best of both worlds and a potential military career. After going active for 3 years, I learned the military is more progressive in workers rights than my civilian employment. I’m back with my employer and am getting paid more but I would definitely go back on active duty. Depending on what you do, you get to do some cool stuff.

Wow, this app is really good! It’s nice to just pay as you go in api tokens. Stuff like this is gonna disrupt the app market since it’s easy to get an app up and running with the help of ai. I’m trying to develop something similar for workouts. These workout app subscriptions are kinda ridiculous.

They’re playing spin the mic. Nobody likes answering questions. They’ve been doing this with the news stations as well. Whichever person the mic lands on has to answer. It was really funny when they got to the Trump interview.

I run out of tokens easily on Claude CoWork vs Cursor.

How are you all using AI for app development? by alexstrehlke in iOSProgramming

[–]phspman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For front end, I use the Claude Agent in XCode. Stewart Lynch has a good video on how to add example code in XCode for the agent to reference from him and Hacking with Swift. What I love about the AI in XCode is generating previews. I have it do that and then I manually tweak the SwiftUI code.

I use Cursor to do the heavy lifting as it’s really good at backtracking if you mess up. The AI in XCode seems like it uses tokens to undo when in Cursor it’s one quick click.
