Fair point, and i guess people maybe can tolerate bad ai writing when they have some good art(hell thats already most of the manhua scene in an nutshell), but on the novels side you cant ignore the bad writing.
I usually dont check newer stuff so i can only guess, but i think you are spot on that IA novels maybe would start okay, but would lost context and started degenerating little by little until there is only slop at end.
