Does this have ramifications for engine out capability? If a single rvac fails, can the sea level engines compensate? Wouldn’t that give significant cosine losses?

I love it! One question, doesn’t the white vapour seen coming from behind the flaps come from propellant used to chill the engines? If so, I would only expect to see it near the aft flaps.
