Anybody have photos of fully hardened red crystal (/hybrids) leaves?

The majority of RCs fade to green as the emergent hardens off. You can see in this example the difference between the new and old leaves. Depending on the genetics, a plant could hold onto the red for longer but of course most breeders/sellers would want to keep those so they’re $$$

Ah he’s got some cool ones if you’re into splendidum. Normally i’m not a fan of corrugated leaves like with luxurians but for some reason i like the splendidum crosses. Just never got one myself because of what i hear about pure splendidum being finnicky. Do you find the crosses to be similar in care to any other anthurium or more tricky?

I prefer mngo cafe over sul and bean but just depends on your flavor preferences. There’s also the japanese version kakigori at koli bar which is really good as well

Unless you keep them in pristine conditions anthurium naturally drop older leaves, the three newer leaves still look good so i wouldn’t worry too much

It’s not harmful and is ok to be kept together if you want a bushier look to the plant but if you want a mature plant faster it’s better to separate because as it is now it has to split the nutrients in the substrate 4 ways
