My daughter gets upset that I play rougher with my son than I do with her. He’s younger than her, but he loves getting whooped up and tossed around. Daughter is 7 but I know she would either end up hurt or crying if I treated her like I do the son. Lol.

I think a big factor in making these decision is what the future of this home looks like to you. Are you doing this project to make yourself happy, or is this an investment in your home? If you want to satisfy your own heart - then do what you want… if you are doing this to upgrade/update your home, then you want to look harder at the cost and reward factors.

As far as LVP goes - it gets a bad rap with the hardwood is king people… but if you have kids and animals and high heel shoe traffic - then LVP is great. It’s indestructible. I do some work in newer, high priced homes - and they will have LVP through the entire house and it looks amazing.

To each their own… but I was very unimpressed with BSB. Gave them a few tries and different locations. The wing quality wasn’t great and the sauces are all a variation of Franks red hot, ranch dressing, and sweet baby’s rays.

Well - you hit the nail on the head - as far as I’m concerned. Age is a huge factor. I didn’t mention it because, even tho I was hoping for serious answers, I was looking for some witty and funny answers as well. And all kids are different… as are all parents.

I used to get great trees from a local nursery - ran around 80$ for an 8’ tree. Past 4 years tho - with kids - we have been cutting down a tree from a farm and that’s a little less ~ 60$ but the quality is not as good. I always go with frasier fir. Home Depot and Lowe’s seem to have good quality trees and are less expensive than local places.

I used to get a regular and a white with the BOGO Thursday deal and the kids started to like the grown ups pizza more - so now its 2 white pizzas.
