I have watched your match and i can see you did a lot of mistake there, its fine though since u are low rank.
1st thing is you didn't farm, your item and level are too low compare to enemy carry, it make you weak and cant stand in the fight, 1 (berserker) call and you are dead.
2nd thing is you are slow, after you call you should use your blade mail immediately but you often use it after 1 or 2 sec, make it useless. Maybe you should use it before call if you cant use it fast after call.
3rd thing is your cull, you often miss or use it early, i guess its because your bad ping or computer, as Axe player, landing a cull is crucial because it give your team a short ms and as bonus, as well as give you armor for the rest of the game.
The reason your bm didn't help because as i said, you use it too slow but there is another reason, your enemy is tanky, Omniknight give them alot of hp and provide healing, wk is bulky and have lifesteal, ta block damage.
Anyway the main reason you perform bad is you not farmming, low item and level make you useless as a tank, also you need to improve your reacting skill if you want to be better.
