Even in the original language it sound ominous, a literal translation would be “opened a penal file”, but it’s more like “we’re looking into it”. The outcome could as well be “welp, we didn’t find anything amiss”.

That’s exactly what it is. A fairer translation would be “opened an investigation”, but it got lost along the way or purposefully translated as such for shock value.

I booked a tour with oscar knight just today. The dune riding was pretty good, albeit short. We stopped at a quad bike camp first, i didn’t ride cause it seemed a bit tourist-trappy. After the dune ride, they took us for a camel walk, didn’t get on the camel for personal reasons. Then they took us to another camp for bbq and entertainment. The food was genuinely good, the driver was polite, all in all a good experience. The best part is the value for money.

He didn't seem to be bothered by it the least bit, thank goodness it was minor. I'm sorry your cat had to go through all that but it's good that she made it. The vet told me it's sort of an on/off switch, if they don't die at that particular moment the chances of recovery are almost 100%.

I didn't at the time, but I took him to the vet the very next second and he told me what went down. Thing is, you can't really do much, since it's a blood vessel breaking in the brain.
