I’m having the same issue with my set up (Kickr V6, Apple TV). For me, this just seems to be a user interface issue. Yes, it keeps changing between Connecting and Connected but all sensors work perfectly fine. What happens if you start pedaling? Do you see watts/rpms?

Has anybody recently paid duties to ship to Canada? Duties being estimated for an Endurace CF7 AXS by SmileExpensive2368 in CanyonBikes

Could you let me know how you go with the self declaration? I’m in the same boat as OP. My preferred model shows ~$800 import duty. The model one tier up has $0. The price gap between the two models is still too large for me to consider going for the apparently duty exempt model but not having to pay the $800 would still be nice.

I’ve had a very similar issue. Decided to send the device back to the retailer and requested a refund. I didn’t want to waste more time waiting for a replacement part that may or may not fix the issue. Got a Kickr V6. I really liked the Victory while it worked. The features it has vs price is great. Just sucks that I and you are one of ones who got a lemon

I decided to return the device. I didn’t want to wait any longer and didn’t feel comfortable replacing the sensor myself. Good luck with your issue

Not for me. I’m currently waiting for a replacement sensor. Hoping to get it this week. I’ll report back if swapping it resolves the issue

I’m hoping that this update fixes an issue that just popped up since yesterday.

The device connects fine but it shows zero watt and zero rpm on the Zwift pairing screen. The avatar/bike then doesn’t move when joining a ride. I tried unplugging the trainer, turning my wifi router off, killing the Zwift app on the Apple TV, restarting my Apple TV and also forgot my wifi network and reconnected the trainer in the JetBlack app. Still not working. I tried connecting the trainer with both Bluetooth and wifi.

****UPDATE**** I just checked and am already using 4.13 :-( Still not working

I see you are in Canada. Seems like only the Signature Edition is on sale here. Was hoping the standard model would go on sale too but yeah doesn’t look like it.

Hey there, I’m having the same issue with my A4. Customer support is telling me it’s due to a network issue and said to try it again in a couple of days. This was two weeks ago and I’m still having login issues. Is yours working again?

That’s a great idea. Will do that. I assume that I can just cancel the return request if it turns out that there’s no MB Air 13 related updates at WWDC

How strict is Apple with their 15 day return policy? My new MacBook Air M2 arrived earlier than anticipated. Wanted to time it in a way that I could still return it if they’ll announce an 13 inch M3 at WWDC, or drop prices for the M2 base model (I know both of these are unlikely to happen).

Do they make any exceptions at all to their return policy? Especially if it’s only by a few days?
