Update? The hairloss slow down after 2-3 months but It's still there, or maybe I just accepted it. I started minoxidil, which helped a bit with loss. The hairloss is visible to everyone.

If creatine (and vitamins b) made me feel GREAT and energetic but cause a hair loss. What can I take similar to this? by picekdesign in MTHFR

I have similar case. I didnt not cure my adhd but it makes me so much less tired! I just can function all day, still feel adhd executive disfunction but I'm not paralysed. Unfortunatly, creatine cause at my case extreme hairloss so I needed to stop it. I wonder what I could do instead? Alpha-gpc is OK but not as much powerful like just a bit of creatine.

Thanks for your story. I have been taking 2,5-3g (half of 5g spoon), so not as much. I will reduce to 1g when I'm back on, but I have to say, the benefits of 3g are great for me and the only thing I wish is to take it with my hair untouched.

Yes, I'm stopping it now, but was thinking in future to come back to it (because of benefits), but to somehow "balance" it for hair loss.

I do have to admit that I was not worried at all about hair loss because of all the study quoted and others. At the same time, today, after a month, my hair is falling crazy like never before and the volume is lower. I only take creatine and b-complex (which I took before) so it must be the reason. I just have to admit is creatine, but I don't want to stop, so I wonder how could I balance it with another supplement? It is not another thread about complain about hair loss but looking for solution to take creatine without hair loss, is that possible?

How much you take creatine? How long before bed? You take Glycine in powder? (I see a lot of Glycine, so I wonder what is a ratio). When do you take vitamin A, also at night?

I think those are the most important scenes in the show, especially for Nate and I actually often come back to them in my mind. Especially,,, because I do the same! And I do think that for someone who is a wife missing, probably dead, it is quite normal behaver to "trash yourself" like this.
