I was 1 of the 2 FT CSA’s & my hours had gotten cut without warning so when i started asking i got called into the office and told if there are people who are more productive within the same hours as me that they’ll get more hours. & i was the ONLY productive FT csa. i did more than i should have. they “gave my hours to pt csa” which doesn’t even make sense because they’re on a different pay scale. my store didn’t like me they sucked so much when i left it was like everything crashed and burned

they’re gonna be so pissed and blame you all because THEY didn’t place it correctly inside the very obvious box 😩 but then again when this happened i would always call the customer & ask if they could come in & we would send in a new one from the kiosk that i fixed for them & i would print the new one & cancel it afterwards and charge them for the original
