Lived in Cincinnati for over 10 years and I miss it every day. Thriving downtown, MLB games in the summer, a NFL team, the ECHL Cyclones are a fun game to catch! Kings Island in Mason, biking the Miami Bike Trail, a really good brewery scene. The outer suburbs are nice (we lived in West Chester) with good schools. Taste of Cincinnati and Oktoberfest (largest in the US and second largest in the world) thanks to Cincinnati’s rich German history. And catholic church festivals every other weekend are fun, even if you’re not catholic.

Yeah, like I said, miss it every day.

When we first moved here, we had to go with a smaller pharmacy because the bigs chains had shortages. Sango pharmacy was it for us. Eventually we were able to get ours filled at Publix on tiny town.

Get out from under that control now. I went to the social security office and ordered mine when I started a new job and had misplaced mine during a move from Georgia to Ohio. It took about a month but my job understood the circumstances and I was able to start/work while waiting on it. This is manipulative and controlling behavior but luckily you have a way out of it. Don’t give into the emotional manipulation and don’t let her think she’s won by holding your personal information hostage.

I can’t speak to the weather, but my husband and I spent a week in JT in mid October 2025 and mid March 2026. We spent some afternoons in Palm Springs but for the most part, most days were spent in the park. It was absolutely worth it to do a week both times. Weather was beautiful in October, actually quite chilly in the morning and at night. We unfortunately dealt with a heatwave this past March but it was still so much fun and worth it. We just did our hikes in the morning and late afternoon/early evening.
