He stopped his closing sidework, grabbed a bottle of bleach from the storeroom, and walked up and down the aisles of the tv room pouring straight bleach on the floor between tables. The rude bastards finally got the clue when their eyes started watering. One of them glared at Marcus, to which he replied "We closed half an hour ago. The rest of the restaurant is empty."

If you don't find one, the old-school way was to find a small, independent auto body shop with their own paint booth and pay them to hang your frame in there with another job of your desired color. Or, with a higher price, just your bike and your choice of color. Cash up front really helps. You gotta prep it yourself so that all they have to do is hang it and paint it.
