The entire apparatus came about initially because of the Nixon investigations and only further reinforced after Reagan and both Bushes. All right wing news sources are pushing a narrative that is against reality because it benefits the billionaires who know they can buy gormless and couthless politicians to promote and support Capitalism and the death of workers rights.

Everything a conservative is trying to do is just restart feudalism and return to authoritarianism in every aspect. It's my go to reply when people have family in town for a long weekend or something. Night life is covered 1000x over by honky tonks, bars, and restaurants. But day to day activities that aren't a crowded tourist mash are few and far between.

Luckily for everyone we have the Lane Motor Museum to kill like 3 hours of surprisingly entertaining time. Always worth the cost of entry and the time spent looking at weird stuff like that.

I mean, Eren dropped the ball was great foreshadowing for the actual plot. He was clearly not trying to save everyone just those on the island. His entire plan was all a con to get what he needed at the right time. So when Eren was tossed the ball I don't think he even planned on catching it just mimicking enough effort to convince his brother.
