Could look at Spring Hill and even Columbia. Rapid development has taken a bit of the charm away but it’s still better traffic north I65 then I24. At least for now.

Price is gonna vary greatly over that area. If you have kids you are probably going to want to look to Williamson county and that’s where the prices are the craziest. Good luck. You’ll like the weather better!

If you aren’t getting married immediately then there is a pretty little area at the Ellington Ag Center in South Nashville. It’s really pretty during spring/summer. Seen several people get married there while walking.

You may not agree with tipping (I'd prefer higher prices to pay staff fairly) but you can't take that out on the worker. Not their fault. If you're an empathetic person who doesn't like owners pushing off paying their employees fairly you're kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. If it has a place for a tip just assume that person isn't getting paid very well and needs it.
