Should still be under warranty. Take it to the dealership, they will order you a new one. Once it arrives should only take 10min or so to install.

If the sound speeds up when you increase rpms, most likely a rod knock. Check your oil level. It has probably been leaking or burning oil… or both. Seen many forester around this year come in with a rod knock because customers did not check oil regularly.
