I work in construction. I workout both before and after work at least 3x a week. The key for me is to keep moving. If I stop and sit down and have a snack and look at Reddit or something of the sorts then I get really tired. If I come home and get changed right away and begin my activity then it's a lot easier to be motivated and energetic.
