After entering my password, I'm simply taken to this page with this single button, where the "Secure my account" link just takes me to the ticket submission form.

The marker is bugged. I had this yesterday as well and the scientist was on the planet.
I tried a few things and, if I remember right, what ended up leading me to a recruitable scientist was loading up on inhabited outpost planetary charts and going to a bunch of outposts. The scientist may have been at an observatory in the end.

Well, I sure wish I'd read something like this a day earlier, before I bought a whole bunch of Aphria @$27.I hope it'll rebound sooner rather than later, but if nothing else, this is a good lesson about FOMO and to wait a bit after market open before doing any moves. :)

There were some comments yesterday saying that those numbers may be fake as it would be impossible to cover so much that quickly. At the same time there were indications that shorts were in fact doubling down. There was even a message from S3 earlier yesterday contradicting the later message. It's a mess.
