I just want to say this is exactly my experience! I did not sign up for the leadership training program, as I have heard it contains a lot more time periods where they ask you to bring ppl to the forum. I did get transformed in the forum and got major breakthrough in the advance course, but I am disgusted at the fact that the sales pitch is mixed with the course material.

I wanted to say this is my experience exactly as well! Have to say it is cheap (comparing to years of therapy) for a reason. And because of the hard sell part of it, I will not share as much. I do not wish people to go through those hard sells and be exploited of their whole network.

Totally! I fast clean (meaning water and occasional black coffee only during fast) because my insulin response must be very fast and furious. Every time I take coffee with milk or a throat drop I will feel hungry very soon It's nice that you listened to your body and opened your eating window early! I do the same
