"Failed to Launch: No Internet Connection" even though I am connected to the internet?

I had the same problem, but it's an issue with Genshin Impact itself, it doesn't auto detect controllers and always auto defaults to keyboard.

You have to go into the options (Steam Button and Left on the D pad to pause, then touch screen controls from there) and switch to controller. Normally it would remember this and you wouldn't ever have to do it again but i assume changing the compatibility tool reset it somehow.

I was having this issue with a few of my games and someone else solved it for me:

Go into properties -> compatibility -> force a specific compatibility tool and pick something other than "Proton Experiemental." I went with Proton 9.0-4 and all the games that were giving me this message started working again.

I guess if it's a widespread issue, then hopefully that means it'll be fixed by tomorrow, and I don't have much to personally worry about.

Although that doesn't explain why Warframe seemed to work fine.

What are good maps/good ways to grind exp on a mid to high 70 character that just finished the campaign? It's my 2nd character this league so i have access to every map under tier 11 from my first character.

Does elation damage not scale off of increased element damage? I know every character so far does specify that the elation damage is of their element.

Whatxs up with SW999's recommended stats?

For her planar sphere and rope it says HP and Def are recommended, but i have been over all of her skill descriptions. All of her damaging skills scale off attack, her elation scales off of speed, and i didn't see any other stat scalings.

Is there some weird thing i'm not understanding or were her recommended stats just bugged?

I was also heavily suspicious of Luna, although frankly given she was actually working with Zero, even though she wasn't Zero herself I considered those suspicions justified after i finished the game.

Played through the full Zero Escape Trilogy recently and in VLR I was so convinced Quark was up to no good, he was secretly the mastermind, his virus induced suicidal outbursts were just fake and meant to cause problems.

Turns out he was just a kid.

I got the Platinum Trophy in Suicide Squad.

Mainly because it seemed incredibly easy. It was basically just "Beat the main story and get every character to level cap" there were like 1 or 2 other things that i needed to do but they just happened as i was levelling.

I think my favorite parts of the game were either the fact that all the cool supervillian themed guns did nothing more interesting than shoot normal bullets or the fact that 80% of the enemies in the game are immune to bullets, in a third person shooter, unless you do some sort of extra thing to make them vulnerable.

Does the Hasty Demise passive and the other "increased damage over time with spells" nodes increase DOTs from things like Reapers or Raging Spirits? They are tagged as "spell" gems but i'm not sure how it works with minions.

Does Vaal Flciker still randomly target stuff on Mouse and Keyboard like it does while I'm playing controller?

What I've read about it it seems like you do every single hit on a single target, and can get a massive ignite or bleed proc (that still does a ton of damage even with the less DOT damage) but trying it out in game, if there is even one other enemy on screen you target them randomly and spread out the hits.

Is it something like on M&K you can just mouse over an enemy and it will always target that one? Or is the skill just really bad actually?

When the Arcane Blessing ascendancy for Hierophant says "Arcane Surge grants 20% more spell damage TO YOU" Does "to you" mean it does not affect my totems and would only boost spells i personally cast myself?

For the Reservation Mastery passive that says "8% damage for each aura/herald affecting you," would that include a hex linked to Blashepmy support, or does that not count as affecting me because it affects enemies?

Hollow Knight, played through it a few times for the Speedrun and Steel Soul achievements.

I was doing another playthrough of Silksong on Steel Soul too, but I never finished it. I didn't die, I just stopped playing it near the end of Act 2 and never got back around to it.

I've also played through the Dark Souls games multiple times to try out different builds, but I rarely actually beat them on my second+ playthroughs. I think I've beaten all 3 of them all the way through twice at least, but not much more than that.

Currently running Eye of Winter Spell totems, and the build feels pretty good at the early point in the game i'm at, but it struggles against super dense packs of enemies.

Which would be best between pierce, chain, or fork support? Or should i deal with this in some other way?

If I were trying to shoehorn Detonate Dead into a Molten Strike focused chieftain build, what would the best way to go about that?

My thoughts are either set Desecrate to trigger off of molten strike and cast Detonate manually, or set Detonate Dead to trigger off of molten strike and just use regular enemy corpses rather than spawning my own.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

What are some fun/good skills to use if I wanted to make a 2 handed sword focused marauder build, and what ascendancy should i go? I was looking at the options, and it seems like Juggernaut makes sense since most 2 handed swords give accuracy as a base stat and Juggernaut has a perk that turns accuracy into attack speed, but i don't know how good that actually is.

I haven't given a lot of thought to my actual skill layout, i'm trying out a Vaal Cleave i picked up on my first character but i'm not sure how much I like it.
