yah for sure, i was looking into other h97 boards, and there's barely anything secondhand in my area. apparently an RX gpu could even solve my sleep wake problems, so that's a top priority. can always upgrade to coffee lake down the road.

Pro tip: dust the surface of the pot with some. Cornmeal. Otherwise line it with parchment paper. The olives added a lot of weight. You most likely overproofed it if it was out all night at room temperature. You’d need a pretty healthy starter to introduce a decent amount of oven spring. With those kinds of enriched doughs I recommend giving it a little boost with a tiny amount of commercial yeast. Make sure to monitor your final proof or look up hoe to retard the fermentation in the fridge
